View was very nice, but that was about the only nice thing. Rooms were alright, but heater cost extra despite low temperatures. Service took a while to respond. The only saving grace was hot water from the shower in the morning

To start with, the location is awesome. One does not have to go to any other sun rise/set point if you are staying in this resort. There is a special view point for these times of the day. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are very polite and courteous. Room Services are quick. GM Mr. Sanjeev is very friendly and helpful person. We were two families with kids for a vacation and the time we spent was awesome. There are open and big spaces for kids enjoyment and all in closed perimeter. Parking space for cars which is necessary in hill area. Food is delicious, enjoyed vegetarian as well as non vegetarian foods. All sites are within 5 km range. Overall best place to stay in Mukteshwar.

Enjoyed every moment of staying here. The resort is such a beautiful place and hospitality extended by staff was simply admirable. Rooms were comfortable, food was awesome and natural beauty of the resort was a delight to experience. Nothing to complain, rather everything to admire. Highly recommend traveling to Mukteshwar and staying at this resort. Keep it up.

This is one of the best hotels in Mukteshwar. We planned our small trip to Mukteshwar and enjoyed the snowfall in the month of July. The rooms were clean and tidy. The services offered were okay. They do have good space for car parking. The food offered in their restaurant was good too.

Don't waste your money on this Resort. Food is not available as per menu. We have booked 5 rooms including 7 kids on 14 june 23 . but they don't have even tawa roti in the kitchen. Only 10% items are available as per menu. Because of kids we went to cafe which is far away from resort in the night and packed our food. Service staff is not helpful .Other things like washroom and room is just average & not value for money which we are paying. As the property is old so furniture and washroom fittings are not working in the right way. Many other Homestays and hotels are cheaper than this property in surrounding areas. Really very bad experience.

DONOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Disgusting staff and disgusting services. Below average food quality. You won't be able to sleep even for a minute due to (UNTRAINED) staff shouting in the lobby ALL night and construction activities starting at 7 am right next to the rooms. There are many other beautiful and comfortable home stays and resorts within the radius of 2kms from this place which are much better. Book there to enjoy your trip!

Awesome care free stay! Specially the staff were so humble and courteous. Calm location, delicious food and well maintained hygiene. Overall a very comfortable stay for a family. They had ramp arrangement, so the car go directly to the room on 2nd floor. They also had a driver's stay arrangement dormitory.

Pros: 1- very beautiful resort 2- small mandir of Shiv ji inside resort 3. Sunset point inside resort only 4. Have heard yoga and meditation centre 07 to 08:30 morning but did not try 5. TT table , Carom for games 6. Prime location - near to Mukteshwar dham 7. Amazing cafés near by with live singing. Cons: 1- They should provide one water bottle per day atleast. Extra bottle should be chargeable. 2- Please have some boy to clean car atleast once a day because in parking, cars get dirty with dust. It should be kind of extra service which you can make customer more happy. 3. Room landline sometimes don’t work, I need to personally visit reception. 4. Please add more games like pool table(must now a days) etc. 5. Two nights I have spent there. Overall
